My to do list is insane. But I promise to release it or shot it off at the first, next JS meetup I can attend. Looking forward to it!

Stephen, sounds awesome! Would love to learn or see how you did it.Certainly better than doing line by line...

Love jQuery! Big on metadata, UI and Ajax. Recently rolled in support for my own string manipulation library to add shorthand support. I.e. no more .css('padding-top'), .css('padding-right'), .css('padding-bottom'), .css('padding-left'), get/set all-in-one it's now .css('padding')! Same for borders, margins, etc. Is it me, or is there no plugin for it yet... Anyone else interested? It has saved me tons of lines of code...

Looks like we're getting traction for a JS meetup here in San Diego again.  Head over to http://www.meetup.com/sandiegojs/ for details of location and first meetup (Aug 2nd)

Hi, I'm new here and I was just wondering if anyone has a good amount of experience integrating jQuery into ASP.NET web sites/apps. Specifically, integrating jQuery into the .Net membership & roles framework, and also into Dynamic Data templates. If so, there could be a couple of nice cold beers in your future!!!

I was excited to find the San Diego users group for jQuery! I've started a web design company in San Diego and love the power of jQuery for our development solutions. One of the best resources I've found are the stories on SmashingMagazine.com (http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Asmashingmagazine.com+jquery). Anyone else have any other favorite sites for examples?

Thanks,

Just spreading the word here: There will be a Code Camp here in SD next month June 26th and 27th.

More info is available on http://www.socalcodecamp.com/.

They are currently seeking guest speakers. Many of the sessions are .NET related, but if anyone wants to talk about JQuery, Ruby on Rails, or anything geek-related they will be happy to give you a slot.
