Your best bet is to overwrite the styles in a separate CSS file and not the jQuery UI styles sheet. This will keep things in order if you ever drop in a new theme roller theme.

I figured it out. I went into jquery.ui.theme.css file and changed around some of the component containers until I got what I needed. In case anyone wants to know.

Does anyone know how to re size the pull down box and font size in autocomplete. I need it to be smaller. The font size is to large as well as the pull down.
